Benefits of the Frost Place Resident Poet Award: The residency begins July 1st and ends August 31st, and includes an award of $1,000. The Resident Poet will have an opportunity to give a series of public readings across the region and will join a faculty of renowned guest poets in giving a craft talk, workshop, and reading as part of The Frost Place’s annual Festival and Conference of Poetry, for which an additional $1,000 will be paid.
Location: The historic homestead of poet Robert Frost in Franconia, New Hampshire.
Eligibility requirements: Individuals who have published at least one book of poetry are eligible.
